Alien radio interruption on UK Radio in 1977

I don't know if this was faked back then, but the voice is a deep British accent with vocal effects. It reminds me of the Nimon from the Doctor Who story "The Horns of Nimon" which aired 2 years after this transmission. Enjoy the audio clip and let me know what you think. I would have been 1 month old when this happened.

In the beginning of this video above, it seems the guy in the suit behind the two cops is telling them what to do and they are giving him the blind and lazy loyalty, in my opinion. According to the law books, what the cops did should be considered assault and that is what they should be charged with, all of the cops involved and I would say the guy in the suit too.

In this video above, the female cop who initially was the most physical, was saying he was trying to start a riot, which there is no evidence of, and again, blind and lazy loyalty.
