We are leaving this world of hate and anger to find a new place of love and unity. Can you feel yourself changing and growing? We are experiencing major energy changes on the planet at this very moment, very strongly. We are riding the energy waves, rolling through vibrational frequencies, manifesting our new light bodies with positive thinking.

Do not be afraid; I know it is confusing and scary and, at times, extremely difficult. Be gentle and kind to yourself as you leave the old, outdated methods to discover new, beautiful ways of living. Our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies are enduring tumultuous upheavals, causing mood swings, anxiety, and dis-ease within our bodies. Do your best to be happy and focus on bringing love and light into your life and the lives of those around you.

You are a multidimensional being with a spirit spanning many interconnected energetic levels. Your attention may currently rest in the 3rd density physical form, but this shifts when need be. The Pole Shift, Earth Changes, Energy Changes, whatever you call it, it's all the same thing: the planet is moving into a new state of consciousness and those who are ready and want to move with it, will. Those who are not ready will stay here in the old frequencies. Everything is okay. All is as it should be. We will most likely not lose our physical bodies when we transition but, even if we do, it doesn't matter; We have many levels and forms of self beyond the physical shell.

To help ease the effects of ascension, find a quiet space and meditate. Grounding, Centering, and Shielding is recommended:

Find the most peaceful place you can; sit under a tree, lay in an open field, or get comfortable in your bedroom. Close your eyes and begin to relax each muscle group from your toes to the top of your head. Take your time and make sure every bit of your body is loose, without tension. Now imagine roots coming out of your body and going down into the Earth. Just like a tree, your roots connect you to the planet and give you a strong, firm foundation. Your roots go down deep into the solid ground, and you can feel them take hold.

When you are sure your roots are strong and firmly buried within the Earth, begin to feel the source of life within your body. Everyone has a center; that place where your energy settles and feels at home. Some feel it in the solar plexus or the chest; it varies individually. This is the spot where your silver cord emerges from your physical body and connects you to other levels of your self. Find the spot where you feel comfortable centering your energy and feel the strength of your spirit in that place. Imagine a beautiful white light coming from this place within you. It fills your entire body until you are glowing.

Let this bright white light expand outward to create a bubble of brilliant light around your body. Imagine this protective bubble forming a strong outer layer that cannot be broken from the outside. Take at least a couple minutes to focus your attention on your new shield. Now you are protected from any disruptive subtle energies coming from the physical, etheric or astral planes. The more you practice Grounding, Centering, and Shielding, the easier and faster it will get. And the more you do it, the stronger your shields will become.

Please take care of yourself and focus on being happy and helping your friends and family through these energy changes as well. Love, Peace, Happiness, Unity.

"LOS ANGELES - The city that popularized the fast food drive-thru has a new innovation: 24-hour medical marijuana vending machines.

Patients suffering from chronic pain, loss of appetite and other ailments that marijuana is said to alleviate can get their pot with a dose of convenience at the Herbal Nutrition Center, where a large machine will dole out the drug around the clock.

'Convenient access, lower prices, safety, anonymity,' inventor and owner Vincent Mehdizadeh said, extolling the benefits of the machine...

The computerized machine requires fingerprint identification and a prepaid card with a magnetic stripe. Once the card and fingerprint are verified, a bright green envelope with the pot drops down a slot.

Mehdizadeh says any user approved for medical marijuana and registered in a computer database at his dispensaries can pre-purchase the drug and then use the machine to pick up...

"It helps a lot of patients who are in a lot of pain and don't want to wait around to get help," Robert Schwartz said. "It's been working out great."

Mehdizadeh said he sought the advice of doctors, and decided to limit the amount of marijuana per user to an ounce per week. Each purchase from the machine yields 1/8th or 2/8th of an ounce. By eliminating a vendor behind the counter, he said, the machine offers users lower drug prices. The 1/8th ounce packet would cost about $40 — $20 lower than the average price at other dispensaries..."

"Micheal - There will be an event coming up, and it is coming close to this time…what this dream had to do, is its crystal clear ahh dream, and umm like I told you Curtis I actually wake up continuing the dream. And ahh and I decided that..ahh I see they have a message, ahh a very clear one. And umm that particular ending was ahh with the ship, a little ship coming down Tan, and Nela. Coming in landing and asking me to come with them, but this basically tells me that this is coming from them, coming from our friends my friends…It Began broad day light sighting of a type of craft that was flashing colors, the rectangular sign post type, maybe at ahh elevation, maybe about 15000 feet or so and then dropping in closer, having very very bright daylight color visible spectrum, like being blue, white, yellow, various red spectrum's. Those colors just flashing and flashing, making itself very visible and very…well no in a sense well advertising itself, and then suddenly more and more craft began to appear. And the numbers of craft began to appear, they began to appear in great numbers and much larger sizes, and diverse types too. Not just having a saucer shape type, having those that are cylindrical, some of them will have winged shapes, and others that where ahh saucer shaped where just unbelievably (???) just popping into vision, and pretty soon the entire sky was covered by them and what was given to me…and this is a dream now so there are symbols here that are being brought forth to explain what was about to happen, and along with these pictures…the pictures of many many craft coming into being and staying up in the sky was a statement…look at this armada of ships…the term armada, what does that bring to mind?

Micheal - and the formation, the term armada was brought out, it looks, it is the Armada! Of the federation, of the of GOD. It is the actual symbols of our coming into age where we need too get absorbed back into where our planet is supposed to become, which should have been there a long time ago, but didn’t make it. But this armada or formation will literally make itself known throughout the entire glob or the entire earth will know of its existence…they will be invincible; there is no sense in shooting at them...No one can deny that they are there!
The timing is vague, but according to the dream it is going to be escalating to a very high level…it started already!"

2008 has started off with a record number of sightings and news reports for the past 2 months, people all over the world are coming out and sharing their experiences. Many are talking about the mass landing and other events that will happen soon...one thing is for sure, something is going on, and just keep watching the sky's. When the time comes not even the most skeptical person in the world will be able to deny what has filled the sky on that day!

I was a guest on the ufo & paranormal show which was a good show but happened to have technical difficulties (as usual for me) and it seems like it follows me everywhere no matter what computer I am on.

I received the following email from two trusted colleagues (Clay and Shawn Pickering) regarding a reliable source informing them that a secret meeting occurred yesterday morning (Feb 12) at the New York office of the United Nations concerning the recent spate of UFO sightings. It appears that a number of nation states are concerned about the impact of increased UFO sightings and wish to be briefed about what is happening. Their source, who currently works in the diplomatic corps, had to travel for an early morning off the record meeting at the UN. Their source revealed that a secret UFO working group exists that is authorizing the release of such information to the public, in an effort to acclimate others to what is about to unfold. A date of 2013 was given as the time for official disclosure and/or when extraterrestrials show up in an unambiguous way. In the interim there will be acclimation related releases of information. Importantly, the source revealed that the events leading up to official disclosure will involve more ethically oriented extraterrestrials, and they will not pose a military threat to the world.

The information below may be related to the recent debate in the Japanese parliament and statements by the Defense Minister over how Japan would respond to extraterrestrials appearing over Japanese airspace that display peaceful intent. It appears nation states are moving forward in developing public policy on how to respond to extraterrestrials showing up. So if the information below is accurate, then it is likely that we will see more examples of governments making official statements concerning how they would respond to extraterrestrials that show up over their airspace. It is likely that parliamentarians around the world will start receiving briefings to help them develop public policy concerning extraterrestrial life. Such briefings will probably extend to prominent media sources who will give more coverage to UFO sightings in popular media outlets such as Larry King Live. Increased media reports will first likely lead to disclosures of secret antigravity technologies that have been withheld for over 50 years, as a prelude to official disclsoure of extraterresrial life. The source's reference to suicides is probably related to those who will learn that much of what they have learned and believed over a lifetime was a lie. The 1961 Brookings Report referred to scientists as being most vulnerable to the disclosure of extraterrestrial life since it will make redundant many of the cherished scientific theories and models held by this community.


Overall, it appears that a countdown is underway to official disclosure around 2013, and that nation states and the UN are being briefed. The acclimation process will accelerate over the next five years as UFO sightings increase around the globe forcing governments to make public policy statements on UFOs and extraterrestrial life.

Shawn and I met with our source who currently works ... [in the Diplomatic Corps]. We had discussed various topics when the Stephenville and O'Hare UFO's cases were brought up. Shawn, actually, brought up the cases--"what's the deal with these incidents? Why is Stephenville getting so much press? "...etc...etc. Our source did not answer the questions immediately and other topics were discussed. About 5 minutes later, our source said to us, "Notice I did not answer your UFO questions." Shawn stated to him that we felt he wasn't interested in answering. Our source stated, "not at all." He took a breath and responded, "Unfortunately I can't go into it, but getting up tomorrow (February 12) at 6 AM to attend a briefing at the UN at 8AM is highly unusual. I (Clay) asked, "Does the briefing tomorrow have anything to do with these UFO incidents?" Our source said he could neither confirm nor deny, hint, hint. He stated that an 8AM briefing simply did not happen, unless these was a pressing need. Shawn and I probed him as best we could without forcing him to compromise his security issues. Our source stated:

1) UN is an international organization. Clay stated, "Therefore the briefing has do with other
nation-states in context to sightings?" Our source affirmed.

2) Shawn stated, "Then there have been other incidents around the world, like
Stephenville case?"

At that point, our source got up and made a phone call and returned within 2 minutes. Our source stated, "Out of professional courtesy, I made a phone call to my source and stated, 'mission accomplished.' " He stated to Shawn and I:

1) There is a group he is affiliated with whose task is to release information to certain
sectors of society--i.e., your community (UFO).

2) The briefing had to do with calming the nerves of certain nation-states regarding
sightings.

3) The Russians seem really anxious.

4) The Bush boys (Neo-cons) are anxious about being left out of the loop, when Bush
steps down.

5) Although incidents are occurring around the world, these are NOT "Independence Day"
types. In fact, our source stated that the ships are not as big as the ones portrayed
in the film.

6) When contact is made (officially to the world) there will be no ambiguity.

7) You'll know things are heating up when suicides dramatically increase. A date of 2013
was given. Shawn stated, "Perhaps a meltdown factor." Source nodded yes.

8) Our source was to dress in civilian clothing to put the Russians at ease. They hate
military dress.

9) The civilian dress was to facilitate deniability so as not to implicate the military.


At this point, our source apologized for using us to get this information out. He was doing so at the behest of his superior, an admiral. The admiral stated, "What about these conspiracy guys": Using Shawn and I as a conduit. Our source feels that globalization is an effort to reduced the 200 plus nation-states down to a single entity; at which point, a one
world representative body can present itself to a "galactic federation" type council. ...

The world's first time machine? Tunnel to the past could open door to future within three months, say Russians

Time travel could be a reality within just three months, Russian mathematicians have claimed.

They believe an experiment nuclear scientists plan to carry out in underground tunnels in Geneva in May could create a rift in the fabric of the universe.

The European Organisation for Nuclear Research (CERN) hopes its "atom-smashing" tests - which aim to recreate the conditions in the first billionth of a second after the "Big Bang'" created everything - will shed invaluable light on the origins of the universe.

But Irina Aref'eva and Igor Volovich, of Moscow's Steklov Mathematical Institute, say the energy produced by forcing tiny particles to collide at close to the speed of light could open the door to visitors from the future.

According to Einstein's general theory of relativity, any large amounts of matter or energy will distort the space and time that surrounds it.

If the energy or mass is large enough, it is claimed that time can be distorted so much that it folds back on itself - creating a wormhole, or time tunnel, between the present and the future.

But Dr Brian Cox, a member of CERN and one of Britain's leading experts in particle physics, is highly sceptical about the Russian claims, calling them "nothing more than a good science fiction story".

He said: "Cosmic ray collisions in the upper atmosphere are far more energetic than anything we can produce.

"They have been occurring for five billion years, and no time travellers have appeared.

"Stephen Hawking has suggested that any future theory of quantum gravity will probably close this possibility off, not least because the universe usually proceeds in a sane way, and time travel into the past isn't sane."

Cynics often point out that if time travel was really possible, we would have been visited by people from the future.

However, Einstein's laws of physics suggest that time travel is only possible into the past as far as the point when the first time machine was invented.
