I felt it necessary to make a post about this story, despite the fact that the case took place in 2007.

The whole thing started as a raid, in 2003, on several businesses owned by Southern Nevada businessman, Robert “Bobby” Kahre.

The alleged crime? Kahre was simply paying his employees with gold and silver coins instead of with paper money. The IRS expected Kahre to pay taxes on the market value of the coins as indicated in the Federal Reserve system (the value of the coins in U.S. paper dollars). Kahre was paying his employees based upon the face value of the coins and, as well, determined that the face value of the coins fell below the reporting threshold.

Kahre was obviously correct in his assertion as, after a four month trial, of the 161 federal tax crimes he and 8 other defendants were charged with, all of them were dropped.

Here are some article excerpts on this case. I'm posting the first article, from liberty-watch.com, in its entirety, as it very clearly and succinctly describes what occurred in this case, and why the citizens under attack were not guilty of any crimes, but how the government actually created this problem when it instituted a "dual" monetary system,

On a 106-degree May afternoon in 2003, government agents raided several establishments belonging to Southern Nevada businessman Robert “Bobby” Kahre. With guns drawn, officials held more than 20 handcuffed workers in the sun without water as agents collected records and other materials.

Kahre hadn’t committed a crime. He had upset the Internal Revenue Service by paying his workers based on the face value of gold and silver coins, versus the market value in the Federal Reserve system (the value of the coins in U.S. paper dollars). Even though the coins were in circulation, displayed a face value, and were regulated by Congress, the IRS’s confusing and endless tax code did not determine how to handle these gold and silver coins if used for payroll. The tax code only references dollars. It does not distinguish between coined money and paper money.

Kahre didn’t opt for the precious metal bullion system without first doing his homework. He consulted monetary experts, engaged in extensive research, and even met with congressmen. Kahre’s conclusion was simple: While the currency in the precious-metal system was greater in value than the currency in the other system, as money and a medium of exchange, the law knows no difference between the face value of both currencies.

The IRS expected Kahre to report his workers’ earnings based on the coins’ market value in the Federal Reserve system. Instead, he didn’t report or pay anything at all because the face value of the coins fell below the reporting threshold. The IRS alleged that Kahre and the other defendants paid at least $114 million (based on the Federal Reserve system) to workers. The use of these coins in trade is a direct challenge to the fiat money system now in place.

“Bobby Kahre is the only person in the world I know of with the courage to do that,” said Joel Hansen, a Las Vegas attorney who represented one of the nine defendants in the case.

While the purpose of the case was to identify the intent of the defendants, the trial that followed tested America’s dual monetary system and further validated that the U.S. greenback is quickly becoming more and more a worthless piece of paper.

In 1985, Ron Paul and other congressmen challenged our country’s currency system, which was monopolized by Federal Reserve Notes (FRNs) — the familiar greenbacks in American wallets. The congressmen successfully pursued the Gold Bullion Coin Act, which required the U.S. government to mint and place gold coins in denominations of $50, $25, $10 and $5 into circulation based on demand. The coins are made of 91.67 percent pure gold.

The ultimate purpose of the act was to allow Americans to invest in gold. However, it also brought sanity back to this country’s monetary system by establishing a dual system. Instead of the Federal Reserve solely providing the money supply by endlessly printing FRNs, the U.S. government now minted and circulated precious metal coins.

In the mid-’90s, Kahre began exercising this alternate system. He compensated workers for their labor in the form of these gold and silver coins versus FRNs. The workers calculated their income and tax liability based on the face value of the coins.

One gold coin with a face value of $50 currently equals $806 in FRNs. If a worker earns a $50 gold coin each week, that person takes home an annual income of $2,600 based on the precious metal system, which is below the income-tax reporting threshold for an employee. However, the value of the coins in FRNs — $41,912 — is not. That’s the basic idea.

The IRS did not fancy Kahre’s gold-and-silver payroll system, and after seven years of operating his family businesses in this fashion, he and eight others found themselves as defendants in a Las Vegas federal courtroom. Kahre was charged with 109 counts of tax-related crimes, varying from tax evasion to willful failure to file and conspiracy to evade taxes. Fifty-two other counts were divided among the other defendants.

While the case was about the intent of the defendants, it raised several issues. There was the issue of whether or not Kahre’s workers were considered independent contractors, who are responsible for paying their own taxes, or employees, who have their taxes withheld by their employer each pay period. Then there’s the issue of America’s dual monetary system. If there are two monetary systems, and the value of one system’s currency is greater than the other beyond its face value, what is the standard for determining the value of taxable income?

No Federal Court of Appeals has ever ruled that the gold coins in question must be reported to the IRS based on FRN market value.

“The defense showed that the defendants believed in good faith that a Federal Reserve Note is not the standard because Congress created the dual monetary system,” Hansen said. “The defendants believed that gold and silver coins are just as legitimate and legal as our other tender, the FRN.”

Kahre certainly caught the attention of the IRS. In addition to operating his businesses via the gold-and-silver payroll system, according to testimony at the trial, he helped 35 other contracting companies do the same.

But even though Kahre and his colleagues followed the dual monetary system mandated by Congress, the IRS didn’t care. To America’s most feared agency, the bottom line was Kahre’s workers weren’t taxed enough for their labor.

Based partially on cases that pre-dated the 1985 Gold Bullion Coin Act, the judge in the case did not allow defense attorneys to argue that Kahre was justified to pay workers based on the face value of the coins. Based on case law, the court concluded that income had to be calculated based on the FRN fair market value, rather than upon the face value.

A flaw with some of those cases was that each referred to double-eagle gold coins, which Franklin D. Roosevelt outlawed in 1934. Those coins are no longer in circulation like the coins minted by the U.S. government following the 1985 Act. The double-eagle coins were deemed to be property for tax purposes in those old cases.

Of course, the judge’s rule was binding upon the parties and was followed by the defense attorneys at the trial. Hansen, under the good faith belief defense, was able to present evidence that his specific client, Alex Loglia, who performed research work for Kahre, did not have intent to commit tax crimes. This interesting twist allowed jurors to still hear the argument that Kahre was justified to pay workers based on the face value of the coins. The U.S. Supreme Court had long before ruled, in the Cheek case, that a good defense in a tax-evasion case is a person had good faith in not following certain tax laws.

“The Supreme Court said, if they don’t have criminal intent, then they are not guilty of tax evasion,” Hansen explained. “That doesn’t mean you don’t have to pay the tax, but it means you didn’t commit a crime and won’t go to jail for a felony.”

In 2005, Loglia penned a paper that earned him an ‘A’ from his law school professor Jay Bybee (who just happens to also be a 9th Circuit judge) on the gold-coin issue and the separation of powers. His paper took the position that, under Article 1, Section 8, Clause 5 of the Constitution, Congress alone had the power to coin money and set its value.

Loglia’s position was that the judicial branch does not have this power.

“The judge applied those old court cases, but we were still able to make the argument that Alex was not criminally liable because he believed in good faith in the use of the face value of the gold and silver coins for tax purposes,” Hansen said. “Loglia’s 100-page legal paper was great evidence for the jury of his good faith belief.”

The defendant, Mr. Kahre, brings up several critical issues in this battle for our rights, and that is "who" the IRS works for and where our taxes go. The problems surrounding this organization are much greater than can be explained in a couple of articles, and in the video interview, which is a brief of the case.

Mr. Kahre puts it aptly in the video when he says that our own government created this problem, and our representatives within that government have turned their backs on us. This situation, unfortunately, leaves the helpless citizen to weigh risking his life, and those of the ones he loves to fight this criminal institution, or to suffer under the weight of a systemic problem that would take an act of God to stop.

Around noon on Monday, September 17th [2007], a Las Vegas federal jury returned its verdict refusing to convict nine defendants of any of the 161 federal tax crimes they had been charged with. The charges included income tax evasion, willful failure to file and conspiracy to evade taxes.

The four-month trial centered around the family businesses of Robert Kahre who paid numerous workers for their labor with circulating gold and silver U.S. coins, and did not report the wages. The payments took place over several years, allegedly totaling at least $114 million dollars.

On September 20, 2007, three days after the federal trial's dramatic conclusion, the Las Vegas Review Journal, reportedly under a degree of public pressure, ran its first (and last) story about the outcome of the trial. To this day, with exception of the single article by the Review Journal, no major media entity has published a news story regarding the outcome of this important federal criminal tax case.

The censorship of this important news story is, unfortunately, not unexpected given the continuing, worldwide onslaught against the U.S. "dollar" -- specifically the Federal Reserve note variety, and the ever growing numbers of Federal Reserve Notes required to trade for an actual ounce of silver, gold, oil, or for that matter, anything.

In short, this failed prosecution has coalesced and exposed truths our government desperately needs to hide from the People: the truth about our money, the truth about our (privately-owned) central bank, and the truth about the fraudulent nature of the operation and enforcement of the federal income tax system, the Internal Revenue Service.

According to defense attorney Joel Hansen, who represented co-defendant Alex Loglia, the primary "willfulness" defense was that the defendants believed they had no legal obligation to withhold, pay income taxes or report anything to the government because, in part, the nominal (i.e., face value) of the gold and silver coins is so small as to fall beneath the reporting thresholds set by the Internal Revenue Code.

The Defendants also argued that regardless of the valuation of the coins for internal revenue purposes, there is no law that requires average American workers to file or pay direct, un-apportioned taxes on the fruits of their labor.

The Government argued that the payments in solid gold and silver U.S. coins must be considered at their bullion (i.e., intrinsic full-market) value when considering the worth of the wages for purposes of the internal revenue code.

Attorney Hansen cited two Supreme Court cases bolstering Defendant's monetary argument at the heart of the defendants "willfulness" defense.

The essence of the argument is that under the Constitution Congress is obligated by law to mint and circulate such coins as demand requires, and must establish the value of coins as they are used as legal tender, but the coins' market value, arising as valuable personal "property," is a distinct, separate attribute of such coins, and is of no legal consequence if the coins are used as legal tender.

In other words, if a worker is paid with such coins, his taxable "income" (if any) can only be the face value indicated upon the coin money paid -- i.e., $1.00 for a circulating silver dollar or $50 for a circulating gold U.S. coin. Not surprisingly, the IRS has never issued any public guidance regarding this significant issue.

The first case, Ling Su Fan v. U.S., 218 US 302 (1910) establishes the legal distinction of a coin bearing the "impress" of the sovereign:

"These limitations are due to the fact that public law gives to such coinage a value which does not attach as a mere consequence of intrinsic value. Their quality as a legal tender is an attribute of law aside from their bullion value. They bear, therefore, the impress of sovereign power which fixes value and authorizes their use in exchange."

The second case, Thompson v. Butler, 95 US 694 (1877), establishes that the law makes no legal distinction between the values of coin and paper money used as legal tender:

"A coin dollar is worth no more for the purposes of tender in payment of an ordinary debt than a note dollar. The law has not made the note a standard of value any more than coin. It is true that in the market, as an article of merchandise, one is of greater value than the other; but as money, that is to say, as a medium of exchange, the law knows no difference between them."...

What Chemtrails Really Are

We are dealing with Star Wars. It involves the combination of chemtrails for creating an atmosphere that will support electromagnetic waves, ground-based, electromagnetic field oscillators called gyrotrons, and ionospheric heaters. Particulates make directed energy weapons work better. It has to do with "steady state" and particle density for plasma beam propagation.

They spray barium powders and let it photo-ionize from the ultraviolet light of the sun. Then, they make an aluminum-plasma generated by "zapping" the metal cations that are in the spray with either electromagnetics from HAARP, the gyrotron system on the ground [Ground Wave Emergency Network], or space-based lasers. The barium makes the aluminum-plasma more particulate dense. This means they can make a denser plasma than they normally could from just ionizing the atmosphere or the air.

More density [more particles] means that these particles which are colliding into each other will become more charged because there are more of them present to collide. What are they ultimately trying to do up there -- is create charged-particle, plasma beam weapons.
Chemtrails are the medium - GWEN pulse radars, the various HAARPs, and space-based lasers are the method, or more simply:

Spray and Zap.

This system appears to be in Russia, Canada, the United States, and all of Europe. Exotic weapons can be mobile, stationary, land-based, aerial, or satellite.

It is an offensive and defensive system against EM attacks and missiles. It uses ionospheric particle shells as defense mechanisms [like a bug-zapper shell]* against missiles and EM attacks. That means they spray and then pump up the spray with electromagnetics. When these shells are created using the oscillating, electromagnetic, gyrotron stations, it "excludes" and displaces the background magnetic field. These shells can be layered one above another in a canopy fashion for extra protection from missiles. The chemtrail sprays have various elements in them like carbon which can used to absorb microwaves. Some of these sprays have metal flakes in them that make aerial craft invisible to radar. Spoofer sprays. Sprays like these can be used to create colorful, magnetized plasmas to cloak fighter jets.

There are satellite weapons involved. Activists are using meters and are getting readings of microwaves, x-rays, and some other kind of emission that they are not sure of, maybe a low-intensity laser.

They are also photographing gas plasma generation due to the heating of chemtrails by electromagnetics. The technical names for vertical and horizontal plasma columns are columnar focal lenses and horizontal drift plasma antennas. Various size of gas plasma orbs are associated with this technology. These orbs can be used as transmitters and receivers because they have great, refractory and optical properties. They also are capable of transmitting digital or analog sound. Barium, in fact, is very refractive -- more refractive than glass.

What does that mean? Someone or someones are very involved in unconstitutional, domestic spying and the entrained plasma orbs carried on electromagnetic beams can be used for mind control programming. The satellites can be programmed to track and monitor various frequencies on different parts of your body. These electromagnetic beams carrying the gas plasma orbs stick due magnetic polarity and frequency mapping and tracking to people's eyes, ears, temples, and private parts. A beam with entrained orbs carries pictures in each orb just like the different frames in a movie. It is a particle beam that is also a frequency weapon.

The satellites download holographic mind control movies, pictures, sounds, and sensations to people through this technology. The Air Force has stated in "Air Force 2025" that their goal is to develop virtual and augmented reality mind control. Depending on the how the computer is programmed or depending on the mood or intent of the person interfacing with the technology, you can be probed, bothered, gaslighted, frightened, manipulated, electronically raped, or tortured. It scans your brain frequencies and deciphers your thoughts. The satellites track you by mapping your bioenergetic signature [body biometrics] and constantly scanning an area to find you.

We are the lab rats for this technology and something is very wrong in the military or intelligence branches somewhere. Because developmental projects in government and military are often so compartmentalized, I suppose someone could be using and developing this technology secretly and without authorization. Then again, behavioral and mind control programs were an authorized policy under MKULTRA. Our country has a history of experimenting on its citizens. We are talking about satellite charged-particle frequency weapons attacking a person 24 hours a day. Psychotronic weapons are considered weapons of mass destruction by the U.N.

"HAARPs" can create earthquakes and can also x-ray the earth to find underground military bases, gold, or oil reserves. These ionospheric heaters can also operate as an over-the-horizon or under-the-ocean communications system. This system can control the weather or create disasters. Taken together with the aurora keyhole through-your-roof satellite surveillance system, Echelon electronic computer/phone sweeps, plasma-cloaked DOD Drug War helicopters and stealths, implants, and cameras on the street, it constitutes one, big global and space control grid.

These weapons involve beams. Two beams overlapped will couple into a particle-ion beam that will bounce off of a remote target and send a holographic image back to the satellite for remote spying operations. When you cross two strong beams, you can supposedly* create scalar energies. These energies can be used as untraceable weapons for nuclear size explosions or for defense. These crossed-energies can be used to cause a person's physical electrical system to fail or with a lower frequency, administer a kind of remote electro-shock. Visualize touching a positive and negative electric cable to each other on top of your head. Scalar energies can be utilized in hand-held military guns and on tanks. They can dud-out electronics or cause large, electrical blackouts. Scalar energies are practically impossible to shield against. You need lead, ceramics, and a deep underground facility to not be affected by these weapons. Or, you need to be up and above the field of battle.

People who are working on these issues hear tones and hums. If you hear persistent tones and static; have body vibrations, burning sensations, "bangs" to the head, neurological damage, or immune system damage; are hearing electronic voices or hearing the sound of a plasma; suffering from pains deep in your organs or constant headaches; or experiencing other anomalous activity then you may be being targeted by directed energy, mind control weapons. These weapons could be on helicopters, jets, stealth fighters, or on satellites. Directed energy beams and electromagnetic waves can be sent to you via hand-held devices or piggy-backed in on cell phone and satellite towers.

Is it possible that someone(s) are very afraid of coming famines and riots due to the ongoing, man-induced failure of the ecological system, and they are saturating the earth with chemtrails for large- scale, gas plasma mind control? Is this the last grasp for the world's resources? Or, are they just control freaks and money mongers? Someone would like to get to that oil under the melting [due to chemtrail-trapped EM heat] Artic. And, I guess the Third World is not a part of this system. I don't think that the developed nations are going to let them in on this either.

Any country that joins this NATO system will become mind-controlled and diseased due to the associated, intense, oscillating, electromagnetic fields, electromagnetic soup, and the poisonous, toxic chemtrails. Our DNA will break. We risk the earth's spin and tilt becoming messed up due to mucking around with the magnetic fields through this military technology. Maybe, it is already messed up.

It constitutes U.S. global domination via NATO and the erosion of civil rights. According to Charlotte Iserbyt and Al Martin, there are ex-KGB and ex-STASI advising our new Office of Total Information Awareness. They are the ones creating our new internal passports [national ID]. And under "The Treaty on Open Skies," we have overflights by Russian and German military. Who exactly is flying those plasma-cloaked craft that are seen all over this country and mistaken for UFOs by people who do not know about this aerial deception technology? Obviously, we have another "Project Paperclip" in the making. We can add the new thugs to the 2,000 Iraqi brought into country by Daddy Bush who are now living in Nebraska.

The elitist corporate government is going to hold the rest of us hostage with directed energy weapons in space, if the Policy for a New American Century group - PNAC - Bush and cronie think tank has their way, along with directed energy attacks against any country or citizen that they decide they do not like. These weapons can create climate war, weather war, mind war, cyber war, disease war, disaster war, and undetectable war. Taken together they can create economic war.

If this system is not stopped, it will kill billions due to aluminum and barium poisoning. It will kill billions due to crop failures and world-wide famine. It will cause heart attacks, strokes, and cancers. It will cause stillbirths, miscarriages, and infertility. The chemtrail sprays often have fungi, bacteria, viruses, dessicated red blood cells, crystalline substances, carbon, metal cations, lithium, other chemicals, heavy metals, and God knows what - probably smart dust, or nanocrap. Years of biowarfare testing on the American public is no big secret anymore. Spraying germs in the sky where they mutate due to the ultra-violet light -- brillant plan, my man. Are we acceptable losses or is this by design?

I know that many of the major players have big investments in pharmaceutical companies, GM seeds [seeds that can grow in an electromagnetic soup], weapons and directed energy development contracts, oil contracts, genetic research, and mind control research. Some of these people have had a familial history of financial and policy support for population control, eugenics, Hitler, Mao, Stalin, Lenin, Marx, Pinochet, Hussein, and various other dictators. Some of the major players were the masterminds of the death squads in Central and South America. They stand to make a big profit on our death and disease. Just take a look at Rumsfield and Tamiflu.

I assume that they know the dangers of this system and that they take care to stay in their shielded, air-filtered offices, homes, bases, and cars. I assume they take chelating substances to remove the barium and aluminum from their bodies and minds. If not, then they really do not understand the far-ranging implications of this destructive system. Congress may not understand just what a terrible weapons system and control grid they are funding.

As I understand it, Tesla towers attached to deep-earth, free-energy taps are to be created over the 10-12 magnetic poles and the GWEN system phased-out. Has this already been done? This should allow total control of the earth through giant, Tesla death ray-guns. This natural, electromagnetic earth was not meant to be an un-natural dynamo to power man's weapons or his utility companies.

Over-unity systems [Tesla devices]* are as of yet, another unexplored and probably not understood man-made energy. We should be very suspect of free energy. As we can see, the forms of man-made energy that have been created and used in the past have not been good for this planet. Maybe it is time to reconsider the options available to us through the development of crops for fuel, wind, solar, and water power. We need world-wide, different, more holistic, renewable, energy programs.

Is there any good news? Yes. There has been tons of particulate dumping through the spray operations for 8 years over the Americas, Europe, Scandinavia, Eastern Europe, and from what I can find out, over Russia. And, what goes around blows around, right? So, these substances are probably actually global. It sure makes a ton of sense to spray poisonous elements in 24 NATO countries and let the substances be carried around the earth on the jet streams to poison yourself, your enemies, and all neutral and non-combatent countries. Talk about making more enemies.

The water, air, and soil of all of these countries is so saturated with metal cations that these weapons freaks should be able to zap and mind f--k each other quite well now and as often as they wish. Once they have clobbered each other with light-saber beams for a few years and razed and scorched sections of the earth, they may start to realize that this foreign policy will lead to a defective human race and a rotten economy.

Do you think they will have knocked some sense into each other by then and will decide that non-proliferation and arms reduction is the more civilized and mature direction to take in world affairs? I doubt it, cause only idiots would have developed horrific, planet-killer weapons like these. But, I'll bet the rest of the planet will finally rise up and tell these juvenile delinquents to quit playing with those rayguns right this second.

After further thought on Bearden + -- a big over-unity and free energy proponent of Tesla technology that makes energy off of boiling the ionosphere or stealing electricity from the mis-named "vacumn" called Life, I have decided that Bearden is telling us some, if not most, of the truth. Same for Eastlund.

Now on Ats this thread is getting some attention because of this sighting, a poster by the name of xniburux said that on the 22nd we should all look up and hope for a mass fly over, he somehow got word that it would happen then. Well the phoenix lights that just happened only a few hours ago!

My Opinion:
There is a lot of fear mongering in this one, but I pay no mind to it, being prepared is more mental than anything else and I think most important. I think it is a matter of "manifest destiny" or in other words you get what you wish for. I wish for a positive and strive and strife for it and that is all any can do.

What stood out to me the most was the cloning and how confident he was about the subject, so that is what captured my attention when it comes to what I have said about clones in a the past, specifically the different genetic make-up of them. so the clone portion of the story he tells is mostly why I posted it in relation to my story.

There seems to be a lot of activity right now with regard to religious, political, sociological, geophysical, spiritual, paranormal, and cosmic predictions, etc.; some from what I would consider credible sources, and much that is not.

There is so much information being presented that it is actually overwhelming (something I think is definitely by design).

I believe it's important to take everything coming our way at this time in a larger context. Typically, Godlike Productions (GLP) will post a battery of "predictions" threads that by their sheer number, questionable sources, and often contradictory or dissimilar information, are assured not to come to pass. At least this has been the case up until this point; possibly.

So much noise is being made at the moment that that in itself may be an indication we're going to witness an event of some kind. Going forward, it may be prudent to take the amount/degree of chatter itself, rather than any specific message, as an indicator something may be on the horizon.

With regard to the content of the messages, it's understood that some of the more negative predictions may be posted by individuals with real information, who hope to inform, and possibly prevent, alter, or delay the events predicted by posting that information. Mixed in there, however, are pranksters, and those who wish to muddy the waters.

Typically, however, when there is a deluge of information like this coming out at the same time, from several different sources, one has to take note. It was the number of sources that prompted me to make this post today.

In addition to this flurry of messages about April 17, and the time period surrounding it, was some unusual activity at the GLP website that occurred around the time a lot of these message threads were created (Monday, April 14). Sometime around 6:30pm EST (U.S. East Coast), someone hacked an administrator's account and began deleting many of the major threads, and threads dealing with these predictions/revelations. The hacker "seemed" the be deleting threads at random, but to me, if you are targeting specific material to which you don't want to draw attention, you would also toss in some unrelated threads to throw people off track.

What one poster, calling himself "Majestic," suggested was that comments he and others had made on "frequencies" may have hit a nerve with these secret, elite groups. The reasoning being that these groups, according to Majestic and others, plan to use technology to send sounds and images directly into peoples' heads to simulate some sort of spiritual experience (read "fake rapture," "Project Blue Beam," etc.). It might have just been a disgruntled hacker, or maybe it was more. The timing was just very conspicuous.

Included in these messages is talk of a CIA assassination of the pope (which may or may not been presaged in Nostradamus' Quatrain 2.97), from Leo Zagami, a recent Illuminati whistleblower, which, he says, will be blamed on the Muslims (read Iran) and initiate World War III. Zagami states this, presumably, in an email exchange with Benjamin Fulford that was posted in a GodlikeProductions.com thread.

Majestic suggests that Ronald Weinland is the victim of the dark cabal's mind control technology. This seems more likely to me (and anyone who's been researching, and following along with whistleblowers, etc.), and if there is an attempt (or success in some form) of a nuclear detonation, then we are going to see an acceleration of contact with "groups of beings" who have been overseeing our race's "safe" progression.

What is interesting about stonecut11's statements in the video is that they indicate that Vladimir Putin will be responsible for an attack on the U.S.; and this only a month out from the time that U.S. President Bush hand-delivered a "serious letter" to President Putin, that an article states,

"We can put a full stop on some problems in US-Russia relations and consider them definitively resolved," the Russian leader told his guests.

Putin said he had received a "very serious" letter from Bush. "If we manage to reach agreement on its basic provisions, then we can state our dialogue is proceeding successfully," Putin said...

So where is the sudden turnaround here with regard to the U.S. and Iran? How can a conflict now arise? Leo Zagami seems to propose how this could occur in his correspondences I posted from above. This would have to mean that President Bush is either in collusion with Russia in some form with regard to an attack on Iran (i.e., the citizens are being played like a piano), or that the assassination of the pope (whether by the CIA or some secret U.S. black ops group, etc.), and subsequent findings ("planted" evidence or not) pointing to Iran might provoke an attack, forcing President Bush to violate the details of the letter he presumably presented to President Putin.

At the moment, there is no reason to suspect an attack on Iran. The news reports that suggest that terrorist elements from Iran may be involved in the skirmishes in Iraq is not justification to enter an all out war on Iran. And the evidence of a nuclear weapons program in Iran has already been dismissed by the intelligence community as non-existent.

What's strange in the above scenario, however, is the fact that President Bush even presented a letter to Putin, presumably outlining, one would surmise, resolutions for more peaceful relations between our two countries, only to be secretly involved in an assassination attempt on the pope that would lead to war.

Why would Bush, anticipating this plan, present this letter so soon before this operation would be effected? Is it to "appear" to want to make strides, and the assassination would be "all the more unlikely" given Bush's friendliness with Russia? Or, is it because Bush would in no way be involved with this supposed assassination and he is being played/manipulated like the rest of us by secret groups that operate behind/within the government? None can tell...

Are you having trouble following along? Me too. Trying to put all of these predictions and conversations into a larger context is pretty difficult; but this is an occupational hazard with regard to trying to sift through all of the information being made available. To me, it's important to try to take everything that is being released as "potentially" credible. One can never be too prepared; especially in the unprecedented climate in which we find ourselves.

Taking all of these items together with what has already been shared, we can now assemble a semi-comprehensive list of items (some of which can be found at Project Camelot) to be on the lookout for over the next day, and the years leading up to that magical date, 2012:

-- Fake rapture (AKA "Project Blue Beam")
-- Assassination of the pope/beginning of next great war
-- Attack on Iran, prompting Russia to detonate EMP (Electro-Magnetic Pulse Weapon) device via satellite - enter friendly ETs

-- Arrival of a planetary body called by many different names, that will cause a geophysical (and/or magnetic) pole shift
-- The detonation of one or more weapons on U.S. soil (Hint: it won't be Muslim, or Middle-Eastern extremists, despite evidence that might suggest this), prompting an attack on Iran.
-- An EMP device detonates over the U.S. via a plane or satellite, not perpetrated by Russia, but which thrusts the U.S. into a total blackout, necessitating Martial Law (friendly ET's possible or not).
-- Barack Obama, George W. Bush, or Hillary Clinton will be assassinated, leading to Martial Law.
-- "The Revealing," the Illuminati (the bad guys) step forward and claim their role as divinely appointed "guides/overseers" of the human race, despite the fact that they've lied to, exploited, tortured, murdered, raped, oppressed and all but destroyed the human race all to serve their own selfish agenda.

What I've heard about Project Blue Beam type scenarios is that these elite, secret groups using this technology may use every piece of electronics in our homes to transmit these signals; and that by getting rid of these electronics, the signals will no longer have a "carrier"; i.e., will not be effective.

timedrifter has stated that any friendly ET arrival will be announced through radio, Internet, television, etc., but will be presented as an actual broadcast and not simply using those items as a conduit/carrier. This means that the friendly ETs, according to timedrifter, will present a clear message as a regular broadcast versus the "religiously" toned sights and sounds we may actually hear in our heads (i.e., "Blue Beam" stuff). The key difference here being that any government run scenario will have significant religious overtones, and the friendly ET messages will be of a different order entirely. I have been lead to believe that it will be easy to discern; although if/when these things come to pass, as scripture states, there will be those who cannot.

It has also been stated that these advanced, friendly ET contact groups, of which there will be many races, will use verbal and telepathic contact; so this should be anticipated as well.

With all things considered, I feel timedrifter says it best when he says to "be prepared".

An interesting note about this video, at just about the 24min mark they begin discussing Svali, the Illuminati whistleblower. Svali has done many interviews, in which she divulges her lifetime of involvement with the group known as the Illuminati, someone she claims is the secret group that manipulates and effects world events (someone timedrifter calls the "blockers" and others call the "dark cabal", "secret government", etc.?).

Her experiences start with her birth into this group, and include programming/mind-control, ritual abuse, and other inhuman treatment that she and others endure in this organization. Bill Ryan and Kerry Cassidy explain in the interview that they have been warned off of pursuing Svali's story, and probably for good reason.

Svali says that this group doesn't recruit, but "keeps it in the family" literally, and how people want to get out, but risk certain death trying to do so. An article excerpt that David Wilcock shares at his website shares more of Svali's description of this cabal,

I sure hope they've chosen a pleasant, well-mannered, respectable looking spokesperson when they decide to out themselves to the rest of the world. Having an exploited, weary populace look the other way after your "organization" has enslaved hundreds of millions of people to a system you created; who have turned away from the dead, or dying, and starving people in other countries while you languished with advanced technologies; or who have sent our relatives and loved ones off to die to fill your coffers is a tall sales order...Still, some people may not be hip to that whole scene...

If this Revealing does come to pass, it may be one of the "sides" that people will need to choose between when everything comes to the surface. Are you with them, or are you against them? SV: So I couldn't begin to guess whether that's an accurate timeline or not. I know what I was told.

CH: I have a follow up question and that's it…

CH: …and this will be it for me. I have recently, against my own resistance to doing so, investigated, started to investigate fringe matters, if you will. Among them, the upcoming date on the Mayan Calendar of 2012.

SV: Uh huh.

CH: And as I've done this research, I've allowed myself just to be open to this information without believing anything I'm reading. One of the ideas that is presenting itself is that around 2012, not just according to the Mayan Calendar but many other theories out there, that we will be undergoing, as a planet, a revolutionary shift, if you will, of some kind or another.

And I'm wondering in the back of my mind if there might be any kind of race against the clock on THAT scale, if you will - especially if we're talking about a potential spiritual warfare…

SV: Oh, yeah.

CH: …using your words in play here. Do you see a possible relation there?

SV: Yes, I do. And, 2012 IS an important year. But again, I was not told that the final Revealing would occur then. But I believe that probably… what will happen is that there will be events taking place that will help to set the stage.

CH: Okay.

SV: But it's going to be… I was told… again, I'm telling you what I was told while a member of the group, so please take it with a grain of salt. As I know, these people aren't always honest or trustworthy - they are deceptive. But I was told that there would be an enormous economic collapse prior to the Revealing. That basically the stock market would destabilize.

CH: Well, that appears to be already happening.

SV: Yeah. Yeah. And I was told it would make the Great Depression look like Sunday school. And at that time, it's going to… they're going to really be manipulating finances to bring about chaos, confusion, warfare, and then…

But see, I don't like to be so negative. But I am telling you what I was taught when I was in the group, you know?

It's interesting that Svali mentions the year 2012. David speculates about this year and what it foretells with regard to the Illuminati,

...I feel the most important point, for our own immediate future, is that this group DOES intend to come out in the open and tell the world who they are, and what they are doing. They call this pivotal moment of disclosure "The Revealing". For some people, that might seem like an utterly terrifying concept, but they DO plan on doing this… and you knowing about it, today, helps insure that the plan will not succeed.

Svali further suggests, in the next excerpt, that there is "a HUGE push" towards The Revealing in our near future - nearer than we may ever believe. Originally they didn't plan to do it until 2050, but perhaps they have become far more aware of the reality of an impending event in 2012, and therefore are now concerned enough that they have massively accelerated the timetable for disclosure.

The planning for this "Revealing" may also explain why there has been a moratorium on any publicity regarding UFOs. If they intend to use the "Jesus' bloodline" argument as an ultimate validation of their God-like status, they don't want competition from beings that obviously appear more evolved than any 'normal humans' on Earth, and who are allegedly flying around in technologies beyond our imagination...

The "memo" in question mentioned in the above article was a memorandum issued by John Yoo to the Pentagon on behalf of the Justice Department's Office of Legal Counsel (OLC). Another article, dated April 1, 2008, describes the events surrounding this memo,

None of those statues, you see, limits the conduct of war if the President says so. Proud to be an American! Not...

Isn't it funny how all of your local news stations, seemingly different entities, all report on the same banal news items? Isn't it also funny that a news network as large as CNN can scour the entire planet and the best news items they can come up with are Britney Spears and Paris Hilton?

The Bush administration will laugh this off, as that administration and others before it have been doing for years. This is the sad reality. And just in case they feel the brief attention these stories receive may provoke some sort of potential legal follow-up, we can rest assured there will be individuals set up to take the fall - at the very most.

If it appears things may really get ugly for this administration, you count on a war with Iran heating up, or a "surprise" attack on U.S. soil - this despite all of the U.S.A. Patriot Act (House Resolution 3162) organizations created to prevent just such an attack. What would we hear after such an attack, "We just weren't prepared...". Just like your Federal Emergency Management Agency Huh? Go figure.

A surprise attack would have to be blamed on Iran (North Korea?), because there clearly isn't an excuse (despite U.S. Vice President Dick Cheney's action-based "One Percent Doctrine", "Even if there's just a 1 percent chance of the unimaginable coming due, act as if it is a certainty. It's not about 'our analysis,' as Cheney said. It's about 'our response.' … Justified or not, fact-based or not, 'our response' is what matters. NIE Report: Iran Halted Nuclear Weapons Program Years Ago

ABC News' Martha Raddatz, Jonathan Karl, Luis Martinez, Kirit Radia and Jennifer Duck Report: In a stunning reversal of Bush administration conventional wisdom, a new assessment by U.S. intelligence agencies concludes Iran shelved its nuclear weapons program over four years ago.

"We judge with high confidence that in fall 2003, Tehran halted its nuclear weapons program," reads a declassified version of the National Intelligence Estimate key findings.

"We judge with moderate confidence that the earliest possible date Iran would be technically capable of producing enough highly enriched uranium (HEU) for a weapon is late 2009."

The entire NIE report will remain classified, however the office of the Director of National Intelligence released a declassified version of the key findings that can be read HERE.

The new intelligence report could create an embarrassing situation for the United States as it pushes for a third United Nations resolution against Iran for its nuclear activities.

The Bush administration reacted swiftly Monday, arguing that while the latest intelligence report is "positive news," they won't abandon their strategy of applying "intensified international pressure" on Iran...

It is high time for this administration, and our government in general to suffer the consequences of these desperate criminal acts.

It was suggested in an article I came across that George H.W. Bush cried publicly after the events of 9-11, because he knew about them in advance; however, when it became necessary to detonate explosions in one of the towers to keep the top of the tower from falling sideways, the result was the catastrophe we have today. I am trying to find the article, but the suggestion was that the administration intended to initiate a distraction/start the war, but events did not go as planned, and now the administration may be answering for these crimes.

Whether or not this administration is trying to stem the tide of the extraterrestrial reality is secondary to the egregiousness of the acts themselves. They must be held accountable.

As to the possible extraterrestrial connection, we will soon see that, if in fact these atrocities are carried out as a distraction, that it would have all been for naught.

We will know soon enough. And the consequences for these actions will be doubled.
