Contact from a possible Time Traveler?

I was sent an anonymous email from "some dutch dude" who apparently has a cool screenshot from the supposed future, I think it is really cool whether it is real or not, take is as you will. this person claimed to be a real time traveler so my question to him is, do I know you, did I know you or am I going to know you?

after researching this I came to realize this is a cruel joke, the person who sent it has begun bad karma for themself. thanks for fucking with me dick, I have your IP address by the way.

Time Portal Image

I found this picture in an image search, this is close to what the time portal looks like in my head, except it is a perfect circle shape and not a tunnel or anything like that, I am having trouble translating the site I found it on - click here but like I said it is very close, the closest I have found.
